Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 238 ("HC238") is a political subdivision of the State of Texas, located in west Houston. The District meets every fourth Tuesday of the month at H2O Innovation's Houston office, and has its meeting agenda posted online and at the meeting location 72 hours prior.
